"If you count the votes in Michigan..."
Hello, Hillary! You DON'T count the votes in MI! No need to even complete the sentence! If pigs could fly, my bacon would have wings!

1. if she counts the votes in MI.
They damn well better give the uncommitted vote( or a percentage of)to Obama.Over 200,000 thousand people voted uncommitted .
Will you disenfranchise us Hillary.

2. This is why Hillary discouraged a revote in MI.

She already had 55% to 0%. What are the odds she would have gotten more than 55% in a revote? And the odds of beating Obama in Michigan by more than that 55% margin was impossible.

7. Yup. But of course, it's all OBAMA'S fault that there wasn't...and they're totally
ignoring the fact that Hillary signed a PLEDGE acknowledging MI wouldn't count!

14. I actually think Obama would win if the primary or a caucus
were redone today. The turnout at our district conventions was overwhelmingly for him.

So says Terry McAuliffe, who counts MI and FL, blaming OBAMA for taking his name off the ballot in MI! :eyes:

The delusional spin and imagination of the Clinton campaign aside--Michigan and Florida are out of it. As a Michigander-I know the primary was flawed and defective--so you can't count those votes.

23. And several Hillary voters stayed home as well, knowing it wouldn't matter.
The point is that she was on the ticket, and she won. If it cannot be redone, then that's what we have. To not allow any single vote in that state to count is ludicrous.

popular vote declares the nominee just beacuse its the only thing Hillary has to hang on to. Thats completely, out of your head, "ludicris".

30. I never said anything about people not voting
what about the over 200,000 people who did vote that Hillary wants to ignore. Over 200,000 democrats in Mi came out to vote uncommitted I believe it was 45%. Some how counting only Hillarys vote seems to be disenfranchising 45% of the michigan primary voters .

That would be unfair to count them as Obama votes.

FYI in the MI primary, if you wrote in a vote it was not counted. that is why the high % of uncommitted votes.

Hillary is closing the gap and has big mo on her side. Unfortunately, Obama wants to disenfranchise the voters at the Rodham family reunion because he hates America.

28. I agree. MI cannot be included in pop vote totals.
Obama was not on the ballot and you can't hand him all the Uncommitted votes since Edwards encouraged his supporters to also vote that way.

FL could be treated as a straw poll.

36. Not only that, Hillary Clinton is excluding the caucuses which Obama has dominated!
The spin goes on
Posted: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 12:07 PM by Domenico Montanaro

From NBC's John Boxley

EN ROUTE TO INDIANA -- The new spin we are hearing from the Clinton campaign today is that more people have now cast votes for Clinton than Obama, when you include MI and FL AND exclude the caucuses which Obama has dominated. (See earlier post on the popular vote logic.)

The campaign also said, fundraising continues to grow, now at $3.5 million since last night and rising with the campaign claiming that 80 percent of these donations are from first-time contributors.
