Steelworker's Union President: "not a business card's difference between Obama and Clinton"

Just heard this on Ed Schultz.

He said that their Union was overwhelmingly for Edwards (like most unions), but will support whichever Democrat comes out on top (no endorsement).

2. They share a 95% voting record, but that stands in the way of their need to vilify her

4. Because Clinton supporters never villify Obama?
Edited on Thu Apr-24-08 02:02 PM by democrattotheend
Come on, it goes both ways. I've seen Clinton supporters at noquarter say that they will donate money to Republican groups planning to air Swift Boat style ads against Obama. I have never heard anything that extreme from Obama supporters here or at Daily Kos.

9. It's not like anybody stood up and called him a "fucking n-word", called it a joke, and then
watched a Hill supporters said, "well he *IS" like y'all did with her.

3. Obama's stance on transparency in gov't sets him apart
One should read his website, under the topic of ethics, to see what he means by "change", and why this change could be instrumental in reforming our gov't. He is also not talking about annihilating Iran, nor was he fooled by BushCo's entrance into the war.

6. I used to feel exactly like that. Until I started paying attention
to how the campaigns were being run.
