Nearly 100 Superdelegates Poised To Endorse Obama on May 20?
From a Superdelegate:

http://mrsuper.org/

While I cannot pretend to know which way Supers will vote, I do know most of these people personally and I can offer some insight as to where I think each currently stand.

Governors (7): All Pelosi Club members, though Kentucky's Steve Beshear could conceivably endorse Senator Clinton, and North Carolina's Mike Easley could endorse Senator Obama.

US Senators (19): As colleagues in the Senate, it's feasible that all could be Pelosi Club members.

Undeclared House Freshmen (18): All Pelosi Club. there 40 freshmen in the class of 2006, the 18 who have not endorsed look to be facing tough re-elects and don't want to risk splitting their base by picking a side. It's not what they were elected to do.

House members (52): Of the remaining House members, most are Pelosi Club. There are a few who may endorse prior to their state's primary, that's a total of nine members when you take out the Freshmen who were referenced above.

The "Pelosi Club" refers to Superdelegates who intend to endorse the candidate who wins the Pledged Delegate vote. On May 20, Obama will exceed the halfway mark, ensuring that he will be the PD winner.

1. This is interesting because someone here referenced his site and I
coresponded with him a while back and introduced him to the Pelosi Club concept.

He is an anonymous super delegate. By the time Oregon is finished there will be little doubt where people stand.

who they endorse any sooner than that? Like tomorrow?

3. K&R. I just decided this evening to just relax and let this all play
out. I think everything now is just futile Clinton noise that doesn't matter - and

we need to tune it out.

He will win enough to bring over the SDs - it's just a matter of time and

we all need to be patient.

6. If just 30 of those endorsed Obama he would lead in superdelegates.
Which effectively means the Race is over.

So I hope they do not wait until the 20th. I can understand waiting to see how May 6th turns out but by the 20th nothing changes unless Clinton pulls off bigger wins then she has ever done.
