You know when Obama is the eventual nominee when.....
Hillary supporters begin using right-wing sources (like NewsMax, NoQuarter, FoxNews, etc) to cite their denigration of Obama.

Post your own here!

16. I'll give you that. Drudge has always disgusted me.
But you have to keep in mind that Drudge usually get the early stuff before any MSM gets it, so I can understand why Obama supporters would post from drudge - however, that link shows me he didn't post a direct link which is the correct thing to do. He just said Drudge - if we wanted to go there, we would have to go there by ourselves.

Hillary supporters posts direct link though....

That's my argument and I'm sticking with that.

I also think it's slimy when I see our side quote joe klein from his crappy book.

the Hillary campaign can't bring themselves to denounce a NC RNC ad, until after McCain has done it, and do it in a scryptic "far as I know" way.

Political Punch

Clinton Camp Responds to NC GOP Ad (Finally!)

It took hours for the campaign of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, to weigh in on the North Carolina Republican Party TV ad that calls Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, "radical" and purports to attempt to harm two Democratic Tarheel State gubernatorial candidates -- Bev Perdue and Richard Moore -- by tying them to Rev. Jeremiah Wright via Obama.

The Clinton camp was in an odd spot, after all. This ad is Exhibit A in her case to superdelegates against Obama, that he will be the victims of such smears, some of them racial. So they wouldn't necessarily want to shut it down.

On the other hand, how could they not comment on an ad so many Democratic voters find offensive? Especially after the RNC and Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., decried the ad? (Not to mention the two North Carolina TV stations announcing they would not broadcast it.)

So finally, from spokesman Jay Carson, comes the response to the ad against Purdue and Moore, that seeks to more pointedly hurt Obama.

"Even though they (Perdue and Moore) are supporting Senator Obama they are good Democrats, and this ad is wrong," Carson says, in a statement sent to ABC News' Eloise Harper. "It's exactly the kind of ad Republicans run every cycle to distract us from their failures and the real issues that face our country."

That's curiously worded.

"Even though" they're supporting Obama they're good Democrats? What does that mean?

Have things gotten so bitter between the two camps, do they view each other's supporters so warily, that the Clinton campaign's collective mind doubts whether Obama's supporters are good Democrats?

19. That's worse than
"As far as I know". What a destructive, irresponsible, and pathetically desperate candidate she is.

5. You know Obama is the eventual nominee when...
half of all the Obamatronic posts on GD:P stop being about how "he's got it all wrapped up/it's over/Barack is the putative nominee/Hillary is over/the Math means Hillary can't win, etc. etc. etc."

7. No, if that happens, you will see gloating.
Haven't you ever noticed that if they win a caucus or primary, they gloat and taunt? Many of them are sore winners. I think the same thing would happen if he won the nomination. They will act like babies either way.

At the same time, they will demand the tombstoning of anyone who does not toe THEIR line. They will have to be reminded that this is Skinner's website, not the ObamaUnderground.

12. Right, because every day we see brand new prObama posters that get TS'ed after 45 minutes.
I should note that I don't think a lot of these people are necessarily Clinton supporters. Most of the ones I see getting the tombstone post like Freepers who are pretending to be Democrats (eg the one referring to Hillary as 'the little lady' the other day).

17. I agree that there are a lot of freepers here,
and other types of trolls. They are ruining this place, no matter whom they pretend to support.

One thing that bothers me is the number of posts being racked up. That is giving them credibility. And I know that there are a few here whom I have not seen since 2004. They bashed Kerry then and somehow survived. They are back to trash our candidates again. I am not going to venture to say which side they pretend to support. I can't remember and I don't care.

14. Well, I now understand why I haven't seen those threads
But I respectfully suggest that you avoid lumping all "Hillary supporters" into one pot on the basis of two posters. For all you know (and there is certainly some evidence of this), those two are simply RW disruptors.

I respect a lot of Hillary supporters though - some have said they will support Obama if he is the nominee.

I am doing the same for Hillary.
