Now we're down to two. And we're down - a word I use advisedly - to Obama's ex-preacher, Clinton's memory lapses in Bosnia and American flag lapel pins.

Clinton and Obama supporters are increasingly polarized. Even in such decorous venues as NPR's Diane Rehm Show and Talk of the Nation, when the subject is this election, it's easy to hear the strain in the voices of the callers who favor one of the two candidates and who simply cannot understand why their candidate shouldn't get the brass ring. Worse, there's an increasing note of pique, to put it mildly. Why are the media, the party elders, even the fates conspiring to deprive their candidate of his or her rightful due?

The inexorable math of the actual delegate tally apparently doesn't count. No one can begin to understand the Byzantine rules that govern delegate selection. Adding to the angst, for the first time in American history Democrats are on the verge of nominating either an African-American man or a woman. Both have been historically marginalized. For their champions, this is payback, entitlement time.

Each candidate vows to push on - Indiana! Montana! Guam! And reporters, especially the loudmouths of cable's 24-hour news channels, are hell-bent on keeping the contest alive as long as they can. Last week one prominent political scribe said he hoped it kept going "because I'd like to go to Puerto Rico." Honest.

"I will never, ever vote for Hillary Clinton," said Sara. "I just won't." She was echoing the sentiments of people on either side who defiantly tell pollsters and anyone else willing to listen that it's their candidate or no one.

Cool mashup.

Some of the other related videos on youtube are great too. I'm watching the "Don't Let Me Down" session from the Apple rooftop.

5. See if you can find John doing a live version of Come Together
he must have done one after the breakup.

My nephew (aged 3) and I were watching some of the Beatles Anthology yesterday. George is his favorite.

6. Read the excerpt, too! It's important!
I was babysitting my nephew when he was about 18 months. I was cranking my brother's stereo and I could tell that little Sean had a definite preference to Abby Road over Sgt. Pepper's!

7. Abbey Road is my favorite.
I read you actual post too. I don't really have a lot to add. Not voting is just as bad as voting republican. A side must be chosen.
