Further, even assuming that the "worthless white nigger" line is not doctored, it was another reference to the Bush White House, not to Indiana voters.

Watch the video -- the original video which is posted on YouTube. Kantor is clearly saying "Those people must be shitting....in the White House." And it seems far more plausible, as the filmmaker suggests, that Kantor said "How would like to be in the White House right now?" rather than "How would you like to be a White Nigger right now?" In the context of the full clip, the first one makes a lot more sense.

And regardless of that, in the original footage, the audio for the "White Nigger" line is completely inaudible. It's been altered.
