Seriously, HRC supporters, can't you see that this woman will never change?

She is willing to vote in ways that will hurt Americans in the long run as long as it helps HER CAREER in the short run.

Do you REALLY want to go down this road with Clinton? Think about it!

In the midst of the Wright scandal, Obama is sticking to his principles and common sense, even if it means he loses in a landslide. What does that tell you? Who would you rather have fighting for our most treasured causes?

2. Difference is that the IWR vote is responsible for the deaths of many people
the gas tax shell game doesn't directly destroy people's lives, but does benefit the oil companies

4. And the Gas Tax will cost people their jobs, maybe their lives
When their bridges collapse due to disrepair, and people lose their homes over the jobs lost.

5. honestly tho? i tie these gas prices directly to this war
AND this ridiculous inflation rate-

i remember the economy taking a hit during and after the 1st gulf war, but luckily (two-fold for me since i was in the army at the time) that one didn't last long

this new gas gimmick is just going to serve to keep the war going as far as i'm concerned

7. True, but the immediate human toll has extreme moral implications
I agree the instability that the Iraq war has caused, keeps the gas prices high, and I also believe that the fear when bush gets out of office, the oil companies may not have the same advantages they do under a different administration

3. It's political pandering at its worst, but that may not be such a bad thing

Hillary and McCain KNOW Americans are stupid and this kind of thing will get blind support even though it really does NOTHING to address our real concerns about the price of gasoline.

Hillary and McCain simply taking advantage of our stupid electorate. Any electorate that would vote for Bush twice is dumb as shit. Maybe Obama could learn a thing or two instead of being so gawd damn honest. I'm serious.

Sometimes you have to bullshit and Obama is very bad at it IMO. That's good for me, I like honesty, but many Americans are dumb as hell and you need to bullshit in order to get their vote. Hillary and McCain are good at this, Obama not so much.

6. Well, that's true... We'll see what people do
If they want more of the same. If so, fine, they deserve it. I wish I could move.
