Those were roundly decried by the board, Clinton & Obama supporters alike.

They were in extraordinarily bad taste and offensive to all, and glossed over the real pain that some felt over the exploitation and death of an animal.

There is nothing cute about any of it, and those who tried to draw a parallel to the horse race in which the only female horse came in second (and which Senator Clinton apparently placed a bet on) and subsequently had to be euthanized on the track were completely rejected by the board and the threads were locked. No one called for the death of Senator Clinton.

Maybe I'm off-track here and you're referring to a completely different locked thread that is buried, but I haven't seen it.

But that's not what was posted. It was ill-advised and tasteless, but no one called for the death of Senator Clinton, regardless of how it made you feel.

Claiming that someone called for the death of Senator Clinton only creates more division and hard feelings, and I'm sure that's not your goal.

At the same time, making unfounded assertions about something as extreme as calling for the death of a candidate does no one any good. We're divided enough already.
