Obama's going into the Lion's Den in the AM - MTP with Russert

Will this be a real interview, or will this be an ambush right before the election?

We Know Russert is an attack dog when he "interrogates" Democrats (if they aren't Hillary Clinton):

And works for NBC who is owned by General Electric; the 6th largest Defense Contractor in the U.S.

Here's more info on them. (notice the Phone Number)

The Video that should be sent to all Uncommitted Delegates by the Obama Campaign, IMO.
Shows exactly how we are going to kick some McCain ass in November with Obama at the helm.

2. Obama might get some tough questions? Maybe this time he'll be prepared.
Edited on Sun May-04-08 04:57 AM by 2rth2pwr
It's not the questions, it's all in how you handle them.

Example- Tim: Obama, people are saying that you abuse your pets, is there any way that you can assure us that this is untrue?

Obama: That's funny Tim, but I want to talk about what's important to the American peop..

Tim: "Why won't you answer the question?"

Obama: "Like I was saying I came on this show today to talk about the issues that are importa..

Tim: "Are you saying that you won't answer the question?"

Obama: That's right Tim, the American people don't have time for this nonsense, and if you want to continue bringing up nonsense questions, we might as well end it right now, however we both know that what is of extreme importance right now is the economy and how it is effecting the millions of people out there who want to know what their government is going to do to help them, that's why I have proposed....blah blah blah proposal and with help of the people we can pass this important blah blahblahblahblah so on and so forth...

The reason he tanked in the last debate was #1, they were valid questions #2, Even if valid and he knew addressing them would validate them and hurt his campaign, he should have had some kind of strategy, any kind of strategy to deal with the situation and like a reed bending in the stream, adapt and don't be stiff and rigid or he can end up snapping. He came in totally unprepared for what should have been easily anticipated questions.

*edited- too many tim's*

3. Russert's not an attack dog
Edited on Sun May-04-08 04:51 AM by depakid
He and his ilk are annoying little yappers who eat expensive cat food.

because their owners are irresponsible.

The neighbors know this- and can't wait for someone to actually say something and deal with the situation.

6. Knowing Timmy, if it's not an ambush to boost his own ratings,
I'll be surprised. I hope O tells him to fuck himself.
