Hillary has done her best to keep the moderator on his heels in this ABC broadcast, standing from her armchair

Then, asked about NAFTA, she recalls the days when he worked for her husband.

"George and I actually were against NAFTA," she says, turning to the audience: "I'm talking about him in his previous life, before he was an objective journalist."

Stephanopoulos serves as her witness to history: she DID oppose NAFTA and he was there and knows she did. And she just pwned him.

19. For opposing it, she sure spent a lot of time selling it....
...and I'd still like to see her address her friendliness with and work for TATA, an Indian outsourcer.

That aside, she brought right out into the open that she's being "objectively interviewed" by a former cabin boy. What credibility does that give to anything she says in the interview?

You may think she "dominated"...when she in fact lied about her NAFTA support.

Now that we know from official records of her time as First Lady that Clinton was the featured speaker at a closed-door session where 120 women opinion leaders were hectored to pressure their congressional representatives to approve NAFTA; now that we know from ABC News reporting on the session that "her remarks were totally pro-NAFTA" and that "there was no equivocation for her support for NAFTA at the time;" now that we have these details confirmed, what should we make of Clinton's campaign claim that she was never comfortable with the militant free-trade agenda that has cost the United States hundreds of thousands of union jobs, that has idled entire industries, that has saddled this country with record trade deficits, undermined the security of working families in the US and abroad, and has forced Mexican farmers off their land into an economic refugee status that ultimately forces them to cross the Rio Grande River in search of work?

....because she's her own person who isn't some Tammy Wynette serving tea and cookies and therefore she proved she was her own person by promoting something so as not to undermine her husband?

33. No. Here is the logic:
she and obama are both fighting their asses off to win the nominiation. But, the loser will fight their ass off (at least Clinton will, Obama is vague on that) to get the other elected. Does that mean that they did not want to be President, because they are supporting the nominee? Does that mean that they are lying when they say they want to win the nomination now that they are supporting the one who won?

....it's generally considered a good sign that candidate might not be the best we can pick.

She's CLEARLY lying about NAFTA (and her support of gun rights and her little PvE in Bosnia).
