11. Oh, so what would differentiate it from GD or GD:P?
Guess I'm just trying to see how you envision the "sticky" at the top reading. And what would be allowed and what wouldn't. I'm trying to understand the ultimate impact. Look, I'm new enough to understand the principle just not the inner workings. Thanks for your help.

13. That's a tricky point.
As far as ongoing scandals go it's easy to make a list: bittergate, pastorgate, snipergate, anything related to the Clenis, the Rezko non-issue, and even stupider stuff like snubgate.

It's much more difficult to develop a standard for future "issues" that arise. I expect very few scandals would be posted initially in GD:S, but a lot of things that come up, the mods would move them there quickly and issue warnings that any further discussion of the topic should be posted there.
