Jon Stewart: Hillary's Throwing a "Hail-Pander"
Amen to that.

And to pile on, my favorite quote of the day, from Ballon Juice's John Cole: "I fully expect Hillary to pull up to her next rally in the General Lee."

Thank goodness for John and Jon. :-)

that she campaigned for her husband in Arkansas for many years. They do stuff like that down there.

Obama supporters only remember the Clintons spent so many years in Arkansas when they want to bring the old GOP faux scandals out of the closet.

Clinton To Put Gravity Under Scrutiny

What is Hillary talking about? She's going to break up the OPEC oil cartel? Because we have such a strong hand to play now with the OPEC member states? And isn't the main issue here a matter of rising demand, principally for rapidly expanding economies in Asia, not monopoly pricing?

Hillary is certainly not the first candidate to bash the oil producing states or oil companies around election time. And the polls seem to show it's working for her. But I'm concerned about the widening gap between reality and her campaign trail statements. First with the pledge to obliterate Iran if they attack Israel, then the rebellion against economists and now this.

Where are we going here?

Her former advisor:

Former adviser hits Hillary over China

HILLARY Clinton is cynically engaging in China bashing to win blue collar votes but will be friendly to Beijing if she becomes president, one of her former advisers said yesterday.

"What she's doing is fearmongering of the worst political order and it's why I had to quit her campaign," said Richard Baum, a respected China scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles.

"What's even more appalling ... is that I don't think there's any chance she actually believes any of what she's saying.

"It's all bare-knuckles politics on her part, straight out of the Karl Rove school - a cynical, calculated effort to win over the lunch-pail Democrats, for who China's an easy target."

15. What's a "lunch pail"?
Seriously. What in the hell is that? Was there a time when people carried lunch to work in a pail?

I mean, I'm old enough to remember these:

But these, not so much:

16. Well, they're doing the comedy thing
But I wouldn't be arguing that Hillary 5.0 understands issues as much as Hillary 1.0 did.
