Obama supporters - Want to be nice to Obama volunteers on the ground today?

I came across the above diary, and think its a great idea. You can order food to be sent to these tired staffers.



It would be nice to see DUers pitch in for this effort - together we tube-users can change the world, and order pizza!

She said there are about 100 volunteers at the Headquarters and 100's out in the area. They need water bottles and anything to eat.

I asked her if there were some businesses close by that had good delicious food.

I called and just got off the phone with Deloris, the owner -- an Obama supporter! She went to the rally last night and said it was fantastic!

Deloris said that Judge Hatcher is in town campaigning for Obama and that the Judge is suppose to stop at their place to have lunch today.

Deloris is a delight and she told me she knew the people at the Headquarters love to eat their famous "Catfish and Chicken!"

I felt so good sending them something special today!

The Obama volunteers at the Bangor Rally were giving out Dunkin Donuts Box O Joe coffee to those of us freezing on line.
If I had any money at all I would send some food over to the volunteers down there. I haven't gotten my stimulus check deposit and am in between husband paychecks.
I'm sure those volunteers are very appreciative of your act of kindness :)
