He just said that on MSNBC... counties waiting to come in largely African American. I would love to see CBS with egg on their face!

11. Marion County- Indianapolis over 1 million people. 1% reporting
of course not all vote, but Indy is by FAR the largest metro area, and not even in yet. Most cities are not yet.... :

7. I think he misspoke there- "plausible" is overstating it, but it IS possible.
We'll see how quick it gets down to 53%.
