Usually these type of e mails are to solicit contributions while the supporters are still excited by the primary event of the day. This one was conspicuous in NOT asking for money.

Not proof that Hillary is throwing in the towel, exactly. But at least it would indicate that even she doesn't know what she's going to do next.
