Edited on Wed May-07-08 07:02 PM by barack the house
I don't feel Hillary has the white vote through racism. It is more likely that it is just the only segment she hasn't alienated so far. Given enough time and negativity I can't even see nostalgia saving the campaign with such negativity. Negativity destroys love creates. And love is the feminine spirit. PA was a generational story, I'd say.

1. "the only segment she hasn't alienated so far" - She lost The military through false sniper fire
in Bosnia. :eyes:

Taking SHOTS of Crown Royal won't sell ... she needs to switch to Jack Black ... and NOW she needs to "throw back" shots EARLY ... very early in the A.M. because she's bordering on delusional.

big an issue.

3. Thank you! Interesting tactics-truth and decency. I don't know how long you'll be popular on DU.
But thank you, it's nice to see somebody talking about the topic with a little non-craziness.

10. Yeah I mis-phrased that. I mean more winning the States she has won. The Clinton name
Edited on Wed May-07-08 07:18 PM by barack the house
was a big brand the only people to damage that brand has been camp clinton. So I hope in all honesty when the competitive drive has died down they see the only people to ruin their reputation has been by their own downward volution.

11. I respectfully disagree
Edited on Wed May-07-08 07:19 PM by Caria
I think her remarks about Wright (and her efforts to keep him at the forefront as an "issue") were part of a deliberate message that dems could legitimately think of him as a scary Black man with dangerous subversive ideas.

And I believe she knew full well that the suggestion that he is "elitist" would be interpreted as "uppity Negro" in certain circles.

I don't think that she would have gone that route had her own candidacy been more successful however. I think she basically decided to fight with everything possible, and lost sight of her own moral compass in the process.

So much Hillary could have thrown at Obama and she kept her mouth shut.

Rove et al won't play so nice.

14. Obama was always up against it with media. The use of repetition is brainwashing..
Edited on Wed May-07-08 07:26 PM by barack the house
I wouldn't necessary say those affected by that brain washing were racist, Hillary assisted it, but ultimately the reality will dawn what is what. Racism is there I wouldn't discredit it but polls showed him further ahead before media used its form of repeat the big lie till it becomes the truth. The answer turn of MSM media(except Olberman) tune into novamradio.com and headonradionetwork.com posts mailer with their site addresses door to door.

I misinterpreted, I was thinking generational as in a tale to endure generations, which didn't really make sense to me. Thanks

17. people that live around a lot of racists fear that a Black man can't win
that doesn't make them racists

they want a Democrat with the best chance of winning

I don't agree with them but their logic is simple

"it don't make them bad"
