with the Clintons, past and present. But as a mother, I have always respected how they raised a wonderful daughter in the crazy fish bowl that is the White House. Which is going to be a completely different atmosphere than a Chicago suburb.

And it is very sweet to see how much she loves and admires her mother. It's nice to see her try so hard to help her mother win. I don't support Hillary at all but I do appreciate seeing her daughter's love for her. I always felt so bad for Chelsea to be so attacked by the right wing while her dad was president-like Rush saying that she was ugly when she was like 12 and John McCain making a joke about her father being Janet Reno. I'm glad this primary season is almost resolved because I would so love to see us all get back to just being Democrats and taking care of each other.

I think it was during Bill Clinton presidency that he said it, but I'm not sure. It may be on YouTube, cause I think I saw him say it, maybe at a campaign fund raiser(?) for Dole. I know that politics is politics, but I don't think that if someone said that about one of my boys even as a joke, that I could ever be friendly with them. That was so cold of him to say, IMO. My favorite part though, I think, is that people here actually talk like they know the first damn thing about Chelsea. Other than having connections that run deeper than the Pacific ocean, I don't know much about her other than, like most very rich people, she went to the right schools, shook hands with the right people and now works in hedge funds (you know, those insanely rich 1% of 1% that we all rail against most of the time).
