Why do people keep saying Obama has a problem with Jewish voters? Lookie here!

(I'm especially talking to Andrea Mitchell, who KEEPS saying Obama will have big problems with Jewish voters. Her husband does NOT equal "Jewish voters." He's just one person.)

1. In 2004, the Jewish vote for Kerry was 75 percent
so compared to the past, Obama does worse.

2. This poll was taken before his win in NC and right after non-stop Wright coverage.

He's not going to have any problem at all. And Obama is bringing out way more NEW voters than Kerry or anyone ELSE did.

9. HRC also polls below Kerry among Jewish voters
According to the poll, Obama gets 61 percent, HRC gets 66 percent -- still 9 behind what Kerry got. At this point in time, of course, these polls are pretty speculative as to what the final result would be. For example, if McCain picks Huckabee as a running mate, you can bet on a shift of Jewish voters away from McCain and back to the Democrats, whether its Obama or HRC.

7. Exactly. When Hillary was asked if it's a problem that she can't get out of single digits with the
Black vote, she claimed they'll vote for whomever the Dem. nominee is. (But only SHE can get the white "blue-collar" vote.) :eyes:

6. I wonder if that alleged "32%" of Jews have ever read any of John Hagee's books
or watched his putrid TV show? If they knew the horrid version of "Zionism" which Hagee advocates (which would even embarrass the Likudniks) they would probably reconsider voting for anyone who would consider Fat Bastard as their "spiritual advisor".

24. I'm Jewish, my entire extended family is Jewish and I live in a very Jewish area.
Obama has most of the votes of my family (well, all of them now I suppose) and he blew out the votes in my area (the Chesapeake bay primary).

A lot of Jews were put off by the Wright stuff but then we saw it was being propogated by the Clinton camp.
