2. Good, let's show the DLC for what they really are once and for all.
Obama could sweep all fifty states running against that "dream ticket".

4. It's the only way she will beat Obama.
As much of a "fighter" as she is, it might not be out of the question.

6. Do you ever get tired of posting ridiculous threads just to annoy
Hillary's supporters? You really think amusing yourself this way is more important than party unity and votes for Obama?

10. I'm not attempting to annoy HRC supporters. Explain her behavior and that of her campaign then.
She's not above this type of move. She has always been a moderate republican anyway.

13. No, she hasn't "alway been a moderate republican anyway."
Where do you people come from????

If she's a moderate Republican, then what does that make Obama when their Senate voting records have been very similar? If you've been reading this forum much, you have to be aware that a lot of Dems here who are more leftwing consider Obama anything but progressive.

Obama and Clinton are very similar on the issues. She thinks she'd stand a better chance of winning the GE, and so do her supporters.

We have two strong candidates this year, and a unity ticket would be even stronger, so I'm hoping he's wiser than many of his supporters here and will recognize that and not risk throwing away an election.

7. What's sick, I'm not kidding either. I think she'd do it. The race baiting...it makes sense.

12. I agree, there's no advantage to McCain
Half his party already thinks he's too liberal. His running mate will be someone who appeals to the fascist wing of the party, and however right-wing we may think Clinton is, they see her as little better than a communist.
