Edited on Fri May-09-08 07:47 PM by ShaneGR
I have repeatedly defended her campaign. And I know she isn't a racist. She is NOT a racist. Bill Clinton did not open his office in Harlem because he was a racist. Hillary has probably attended thousands of black majority events in her 30 years of politics.

She must have misphrased her words somehow, I'm almost positive she must have gotten less than 5 hrs of sleep in the last 24 hrs. Can anyone picture her actually sleeping?

So I see this picture:

She's standing in West Virginia. It's an all white state for the most part. Extremely rural. Completely dependent on the Federal Government. These people vote Democratic for only one reason. Senator Robert Byrd. After everything Senator Byrd has done for West Virginia, despite his teenage years surrounded by KKK members (he went on to vote for almost civil rights law), and his 6 year crusade against the Iraqi war.... he gets caught up in the middle of that.

And I'm left to think........ WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU. GO AWAY.

1. I said it weeks ago...
Hillary is crushing her own legacy and hurting the Democratic Party at the same time.

Our Party is more important than Hillary's ego.

5. I don't know if that's true:
"... .. The point I was making was not that my grandmother harbors any racial animosity. She doesn't. But she is a typical white person who, uh, if she sees somebody on the street that she doesn't know there's a reaction that's been been bred into our experiences that don't go away and that sometimes come out in the wrong way and that's just the nature of race in our society. We have to break through it..." - Senator Barack Obama

7. Continue to THINK and PONDER.
Interesting how the nation is falling apart and 'racism' is a central issue.

9. Have you ever seen the Dave Chappelle skit
About the blind black white supremisist who was blind... he married a white woman, thought he was white himself. He got his sight back and felt he had to divorce his wife... for being an "N" lover... I kid you not. Funny shit.

3. Yes, it's shocking.

When the "first black president" and his wife ran Arkansas, the NAACP sued them for intimidating black voters at the polls.

6. That's why the GOP repeats lies over and over and over
Repitition will make a lot of things seem true to us.

Think of how many people don't get the disconnect between their thinking that Obama is a Muslim, and that he's a whacky fundy nutjob! You really can't be both, but I'll bet you dimes to donuts there are THOUSANDS of people who think that.

Just like there are thousands of people who still believe that there were WMD, or that S. Hussein was the cause of 9/11... repeating lies... the oldest trick in the book.

You "learn" thing when they are repeated.

11. I can't believe how racism has become such a big issue.
There was a time where I thought we were better than this. Now the racist word is being thrown around constantly.

Today I saw one DUer tell another DUer that she wasn't black enough because she supports Hillary.

I feel like we have taken a giant step backwards.

13. You can thank your candidate for that
That was not a gaffe...it was talking points and all her fucking deluded followers are repeating it on the talk shows.
