PREDICTION: when this General Election campaign comes to a close...
Edited on Mon May-12-08 03:26 PM by Labors of Hercules
The only people who will vote for McCain are those who are simply incapable of setting their prejudice aside to vote for a far better candidate.

They will KNOW Obama is the better choice, but they will make all manner of excuses why they will not vote for him... They will tell you it is because of faith, because of his stance on something or another, because he lacks some vital and enigmatic "experience".

But make no mistake, the overwhelming positive force of the people, as so many of them will overcome their fear and prejudice to vote for Obama, will make this election a profound defining moment in our nation's history.

YES IT WILL. :patriot:

1. Just give them time. Remember the "Nobody but Dean" people?

2. True... and Obama is twice the candidate Kerry was.

3. I was one of them for a while
I did not really get on board behind Kerry until the fall. But in the end I voted for him and volunteered in 3 states, though I still wish I had done more. Ironically, I like John Kerry a lot better now than when I voted for him.
