Obama can't underwrite Hillary's debt but he can ask us to. I'm down for $100 if he asks.

Even if it goes to Mark Penn and Bill Clinton's private entertainment fund I'm willing to pony up if Obama asks. I figure if it shows solidarity, compassion, and Obama's power as a man who can motivate a large swath of small donors (aka "the people"), then it's money well spent.

1. Good for you!
I am not that large of a person, unfortunately. My middle class savings account is more in need than her's is, IMO.

I am glad that folks like you can step to the plate on this one!

2. I won't
I'd rather give that money to the woman who is running in my district for congress.

I don't bail out millionaires.

Obama may have mercy on them...but like hell if I will.

4. She's adding more debt daily as she continues this
I refuse to give her a dime. She is still out there trashing our candidate and racking up huge debts doing so. Paying her campaign means giving our money to Penn and his advisors who work for McCain.

She's going to lose on her own and be out of this race with or without us propping her failed GOP-like campaign up. I'd much rather her go out and suffer the consequences of her own petty anger and ignorance.

Besides this is just more money that us middle class and poor people who are supporting change, have to throw at a rich elite who can afford her own debt.

Screw that.

6. I don't blame you but I figure Obama forced her to go into debt just to hang in past Super Tues..
Certainly, it's all her own fault but still I feel like the U.S. after the allies won WW2. Even though the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor and the Germans performed untold inhuman acts, we still helped them after the war.

7. Just tell me the name of some baker or printer who they owe money and I'll send it directly to them
No money for her loans or Mark Penn.

I'll send money directly to the little people they've stiffed.

For instance, if she's the Vice-Presidential candidate. (Per NPR this weekend)

11. Count me out.
She's got plenty of money to loan herself. She doesn't need my little pittance. My pittance has gone to Obama. Let her corporate sponsors pick up the tab.

12. Not a dime. Most of that money winds up in the pockets of the same media
that is undermining our democracy. They don't need my help to do that.

13. As half of her debt is with Mark Penn, I will give half of what I
think I should. So maybe $25 for the interesting Conversation.

15. Contribute another $100 for me, will ya?
I'll go ahead and give my hundred to Obama. Retiring Clinton's debt is not the way I want my money to be spent, especially when all it will take is a few more Bill Clinton speeches and lobby efforts to third world energy barrons to make up the difference.

18. He could very well do fundraisers for her. And then she could contribute her GE funds to the party.
Anything could happen!
Good to see some people are game.
