Of Course they were going to Prop up Clinton's failed campaign.. Not only do they get to give McCain a leg up, and screw with the Democratic Primaries ("Oh those Silly Liberals can't even Choose a Candidate!"), but they also were SWIMMING in Money!

These corporate assholes can care LESS about Democracy, they are not beholden to Any Constitution, or Human Rights, or Common Decency..

Its Always ALL about The Money!

So while we sit here lobbing shitballs at each other, let's take a moment and AGREE as to who the True Winner of this Race Was..

The Goddamned Soul-less, Faceless Corporate Fascists that Constantly Pit US Against One Another!!

They gave us Bush, and they'll do it Again with glowing Reports about McCain.. So my advice is to stop with the hassling of you fellow Democrat and come together to fight our True Enemy..

The Slime Oozing Out From Your TV Set :)

1. Simple. They have to make it appear to be a race
to get people to watch their little cable shows. To do that, they had to prop Hillary up, make her appear to be a much bigger threat than she really is. They did the same thing with Huckabee on the Republican side. Every time I turned on my damn tv, there he was. Now it's the same with Hillary's surrogates. Oddly, I'd say the ratio to Hillary vs. Obama surrogates is about 10-1 on cable news. Again, the reality does not reflect what they show on their broadcasts.

2. And let me add this: more viewers equals better ratings
better ratings equals more advertisers; more advertisers equals more $$$$$.

Get it now?

3. I don't think people realize how nefarious the MSM has been Re:Elections..
Besides the obvious pimping of Right Wingers..

They've set up a 50/50 barrier to Reality thats been swallowed hook, line, and sinker.. By creating a fake reality, that one Half of America HATES the other half, they've Been able to more easily throw, guide Elections with this "neck and neck" "its a horserace" "down to the wire" Meme that ASSISTS guys like Rove who trim the Margins to WIN..

When I was a young man there were Election blowouts all the time - there would nearly always be someone that just wasn't going to win, and lost the Whole Time..

Just pay attention to How Many Races are "too close to call" and "neck and neck" in So Many Races..

I just don't believe that most of it is even mathmatically possible or feasible..

We are being Lied to on a grand scale we can barely imagine, and people BELIEVE this garbage and take it to heart to the point of thinking that 50% of those AROUND them at any given time either disagree with them, or possibly Hate them..

It ain't True Folks, we all care about each other more than we know :)

Don't buy the Lie..

4. We've wasted 40 million dollars at least while they discussed Obama's ex-pastor.
Could hardly afford to do it in this type of economy, either.

5. When I think of all the starving kids in thus country..
The potholes, collapsing bridges..

Gee, Hillary, if you'd shut your mouth and admitted defeat, you'd have cheated the Media out of millions, you could have fed and clothed thousands of Kids..

I might actually have had some Respect for you had you done that...

40 Million bucks!!

6. So true
But what do we do about it? Unless we have some sort of State control over the media like they do in England (there's a reason the BBC carries the most trusted English-speaking new program in the world) this problem can't be solved.

As long as the profit motive continues to hold reign, our media will continue to degenerate.

Clinton would have been out of this race months ago if the media stopped paying attention to her, which they should have as soon as her win became a mathematical improbability.
