Instead of framing Hillary needs 70% of the remaining delegates
to catch up, I like to re-frame it that Obama needs only 30% of remaining delegates pledged and un-pledged combined to get to the magic number of 2024

My math is probably off but not much nevertheless we should focus not on what Hillary needs to tie but what Obama needs to win because that is the reality of the race now

Approximately anyway. He needs 150 of the remaining 458.5 delegates, but a portion of that is virtually guaranteed add-ons he will pick up. Unless Obama gets less than 25% of the vote tonight, he will take almost that exact percentage tonight (9 out of 28). So in what will likely be the worst performance, he will still be breaking even.
