West Virginia is an anomaly.
Anomaly
Wiktionary, the free dictionary.

An anomaly (plural anomalies) is an irregularity, a misproportion, or something that is strange or unusual. In particular, as used in the sciences, it means deviation from the common rule, i.e. in the experimental sciences it means difference from the norm or average of a given quantity.

3. Obama has won many anomalies
a.k.a: caucus states where a very low number of people vote. Now THAT is what I call non-representative.

4. Hillary only dislikes caucuses because she doesn't tend to win them.
I actually don't like caucuses either, but it is up to the people in the caucus states to change the system if they don't like it.

But it's disingenuous of her to act like they don't count. They do.
