1. Strom Thurman.
Or Jesse Helms.

Just dig 'em up and plant them in a chair. It'll be just like when they were in the senate.

15. I don't support Hillary.
Open your eyes a bit and look at my sig.

But hey, I know how it is with you guys--people are either with you or against you, kinda like George Bush is always going on about, so anyone who doesn't worship at the feet of Obama must be in thrall to Hillary. It's gotta be an either/or thing, because the possibility that there might be more than two types of people in the world is just too scary.

Too bad you cannot say the same.

18. The important thing is, you're not supporting Obama
That makes you the enemy here, QC. It's what GDP has become these days, sad to say.

20. Exactly--it's like dealing with any other kind of fundamentalist.
Those Jehovah's Witnesses who wake me up on Saturday mornings can't imagine why I don't want to sign up with them and go around waking other people from their Saturday naps, so they figure I must be in league with the Devil.

They remind me a lot of the deranged little mob that has taken over DU, except the JWs are at least gentle and well mannered.

22. If you're not supporting the presumptive nominee, you're aiding McCain
You have to decide which team you're on.

Maybe some more education could help to spell West Virginia correctly.

25. thought is was a sign of affection ! Like Sweet Home Alabamy.
Do not understand your hostility. The exits showed race played an issue in WV - it's a fact.
This was proven to me because WV is conservative and isn't exactly a bastion for
women's rights that would explain all the votes for a female. They would rather go against their
judgement and vote for a woman instead of a black male. IMHO, pure bigotry.
