I would think Bush would react to the war crimes statement Obama made when asked about the torture meetings.

They said he was bashing Obama, but I didn't hear a quote using Obama's name. Seems like Bush is misconstruing Obama's willingness to talk to Iran with talking to terrorists. Obama has repeatedly said that he will not talk with terrorist organizations like Hamas.

I saw a youtube clip a while back from a press conference that Bush held in Israel the last time he visited Israel. He was asked about the checkpoints that slow down the daily lives of Palestinians. His response was that his motorcade didn't get stopped at all, so what's the problem? Unbelievable. I saw this on an english version of Al-Jazeera News on youtube. You could clearly see that they were very mad at his statement.

He needs to realize that he gives Obama an opening to attack Bush, which will be viewed as a positive by virtually all Democrats and a positive by many Independents and perhaps some Republicans as well.

He openly attacks Obama because he would rather talk with some countries in lieu of running around like a crazy old man singing "bomb bomb bomb Iran"... Maybe he better try reading, or have someone read him, the Washington Post before he runs his mouth off overseas

Also just brought up the fact that Bush has negotiated with North Korea to get them to stop their nuclear activities. Funny how we have been more successful with North Korea than Iran.

The big question now will be whether or not John McCain jumps on with Bush on this one. I think he's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. If he doesn't, then his conservative base will lash out at him. If he does, he'll be forced to answer questions non-stop about linking Obama's foreign policy stance to dealing with Nazis.

Had just edited my post to include North Korea. I think that Obama will easily win this argument. We engaged North Korea in talks and we have made much more progress with North Korea than with Iran.

JERUSALEM (CNN) – In a particularly sharp blast from halfway around the world, President Bush suggested Thursday that Sen. Barack Obama and other Democrats are in favor of "appeasement" of terrorists in the same way U.S. leaders appeased Nazis in the run-up to World War II.

"Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along," said Bush, in what White House aides privately acknowledged was a reference to calls by Obama and other Democrats for the U.S. president to sit down for talks with leaders like Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
