General McPeak on Stephanopolous: The White House shows
no honesty or transparency. They should have come out and condemned the swiftboat propaganda OPENLY AND DIRECTLY and they have not done that. He said that he cannot understand the propaganda because Kerry was a patriot who volunteered to go to the Mekong delta, served with honor, got wounded... so what do these people want to attack?
This is just among other very pointed remarks he made.

and McPeak better get his fricking talking points up to speed......jesus

he just hemmed and hawed when asked about republican complicity in the swiftboat fraud

he didn't say ONE word about Perry, Spaethe, or all the money connections, or ONeill's ties to Nixon/Colson

NOT a WORD

he was Pathetic
