Today in Redding, California, 40 democrats got together for Camp Obama
Of the 40 people there, 2 were under the age of 40, and none were African American. The youngest participant was 24, and the oldest was 86.

Good times had by all. :patriot:

2. ZOMG!! OBAMA IS PUTTING HIS CULT FOLLOWERS IN CAMPS!!1!1ONE!1
I kid. I'm just predicting the response from Hillbots to this. I've been arguing with one who seems to think that not allowing handmade signs at a rally (a common practice) demonstrates that the Obama campaign is a bunch of totalitarians.

5. Yes, yes I was
We talked about Obama and how best to campaign for him.

We talked about the best strategies for tabling, phone banking, and canvassing.

The best part was listening to other Northern California democrats talking about their stories and how inspired they've been by Obama.

Also, we broke out into county groups, and half the people there were from Tehama, which is basically Red Bluff and a bunch of sketched out little valley towns.

13. How does human life survive in those locales?
It went over 70 for the first time this year here in Jackson Hole. Most of the snow is off the valley floor, but it's still going below freezing at night. Do you have some sort of special suits you wear?

9. Our Regional Group Got Together For A Bar-B-Q Today...
I wasn't able to go, and I don't think Yael made it either, but I did get into the conference call with the campaign staffer who was our organizer here. Everyone at the party was on a speakerphone so I did get say hi to everyone. We haven't gotten together since the primary but we discussed some things looking forward to the GE.
