Isn't it Ironic that Hill Supporters are linking to a video
purporting sexism against Hillary featuring the song "not ready to make nice" by the Dixie Chicks. A song about their treatment after their harsh but accurate words against Bush and our war in Iraq. A war that Hillary fully supported. Hill supporters get over it. Its not sexism working against Hillary its her unyielding support for Bush leading up to the war--it's her judgment.

15. no. The Hillary martyrs
personally, I'm not a big fan of the Dixie Chicks - not my thing. I much prefer "alternative" Jolie Holland, for instance. Or Uncle Tupelo, when they were together. Or Hot Club of Cowtown... I'm not a big fan of country music, even tho (maybe because) I was born in Nashville.

5. Hillary Clinton has not "fully supported" the war
nor has she given unyielding support to Bush. That's a fantasy that has been sown and flourished during this primary season. Neither of our candidates have been actively involved in stopping this war. Both of our candidates have made vague statements about how they will end it.

6. yes she has
Before the war started she was fully behind Bush, she only changed her mind when the outcome turned bad.

Also at the Elton party: We asked Dixie Chick Natalie Maines, "Hillary or Obama?" and she told us, "Obama!"

10. her campaign
It is not sexism, in my opinion, that has caused a decline in support for her. It is the tone of her campaign. It has been too close to Bush/Rove tactics.I also can not support someone who wants to obliterate a nation. I am a woman, mid-fifties and should be an ardent Clinton supporter. I was fine with whomever won the primary in the beginning. Her gender has nothing to do with my loss of support. She lost me some time ago.

Many Clinton supporter are not helping win her support by that type of propaganda.

11. Indeed. Natalie Mains has ten times the principled courage as ... well, y'know.
The last time I heard, courage comes from the HEART, not the CROTCH.
