8. The Obamites kept telling us that Obama would win North Carolina going away.
I guess not.

For the record, neither of them will win North Carolina. But the mere thought that the Obamites thought he would win North Carolina was laughable from the beginning.

And depending which Mosteller model you want to use...

15. Clinton beats McCain?
Clinton beats "war hero"? Stuf for 200 Alex. Are you serious? Too bad she did not even win the primary we held a few weeks ago. And I pity you for beliving this. And if you want to know how popular Clinton is, just ask Erskine Bowles.

16. I don't know Survey USA has been pretty lousy lately
They were way off in both Indiana and NC and predicted a much larger win for Hill in PA than she got.

He just won the primary there...and he loses by 8 to McCain?

20. Perhaps Clinton can beat McSame while Obama Can't. That's not the point.
Wise or not, the democrats have spoken and the nominee is Obama. After November, if we lose, we will have time to analyze why democrats nominated someone who could not win instead of someone who could.

But the question is not who can beat McCain (although it was a good question in the beginning). It is about who has the most votes and delegates. I no longer see that question as an open one.

21. It's not shocking at all - Clinton is well-known to be the stronger ...
... candidate. But for some reason, THE SYSTEM wants Obama. The media has been carrying him on their shoulders for months, while hammering Clinton.

23. This is screwy...
because in the GE map they have Obama and McCain within 2 or 3 points in NC and SC. Now this comes out and has McCain beating Obama by 8%? Their own polls are saying two different things. WTF?
