Mr. President
People are already calling him this in "handshake lines". I saw a video of someone calling him that a couple of weeks ago (sorry no link) and he just smiled.

Check in here if you are proud of the message that President Obama will send to the rest of the world on our behalf after 8 years of a bumbling, war mongering fool.

1. I honestly wish my Nana was here to see this ...
I was thinking about this the other night.I actually started to cry a bit at the thought that a black man is close to becoming the next President of the United States. And its not a black or white thing. Its a human thing. I hope someone understands how I feel.

Don't know about the rest of you but I could never think about * as Mr. President and could never think of him as the President. Now Mr. President Barack Obama gives me goose bumps...

6. Sadly, the standard has been so drastically lowered . . .
by the current sticky patch sitting behind the desk in the oval office that Homer Simpson would look like an improvement.

I'm hoping that over time I can pull my expectations out of the swamp and genuinely appreciate images like the above for what they are (or may become): the journey of President Obama as, together, we lead ourselves (and even our benighted Republican fellow-citizens) out of the wilderness in which we've wandered for nearly 8 years.

10. Mr. McGovern rather.
"How on earth did McCain win? No-one I know voted for him!" That's where the Obamatrons will be in November after Election Day. It's not a pretty place to be.

14. I am ecstatic . . .
I think an Obama presidency is the best message we can send to the rest of the world that the American people denounce and reject the last 8 years of George W. Bush
