11. The only way Hillary can win a majority of pledged delegates is with time travel.
That being said, she hasn't conceded. Because uhm, yeah, whatever reason it is today.

12. No one's going to "wind this up" - that would take 2025 "pledged" delegates.
It ain't gonna happen until the Convention.
