6. Push her out?
Why are we still pandering to Hillary?

She bitches about sexism, yet she wants to be treated differently than anyone else?

If she wants to play the big game, she deals with the big rules. The ONLY reason this race has gone on for so long is because people are treating Hillary with kid gloves because *they don't know how she's going to react when she loses.*

If THAT isn't sexism incarnate, I don't know what is. Someone might as well just up and say "We don't know what the loopy broad is gonna do when she finally realizes she ain't gonna win, so everyone walk on your tiptoes 'till it's over!"

She's doing women in politics a disservice, and doesn't even realize it. She's coming off as an unstable wuss who can't face facts. She lost. The SDs should flood in and officially end it, making any discussion of Florida or Michigan entirely academic.

8. "Why are we still pandering to Hillary?"
Because she can do a lot of damage on her way out if we don't. Consider this a hostage negotiation.

12. Here's another way of looking at it:
She's an arrow in the side of the Dem party. The arrow, as long as its there, is going to do damage by holding the wound open. However, if you just yank it out, you'll do even more damage than if you leave it there. You have to gently guide it out to minimize damage and let the wound heal.

After every race since PA, the Clinton surrogates go out there and tell us what a nice campaign she is going to run from now on. Unity and happy talk. Then the next day it is fire and brimstone, never surrender fighting talk again, like Obama has no principles or something.

The same logic is keeping us in Iraq. We can't leave because the process of leaving will likely be bad. We can't force Clinton out because she'll throw a tantrum.

15. We have to consider her "feelings", wouldn't want her to cry on teevee again.
For such a "tough girl" she sure is a huge baby, and we have to tiptoe around her and her supporters so they don't embarrass the rest of us women who act like actual adults.

It's the "victim" strategy.

5. They will continue to roll out 5-10 a day until 6/3
They don't want to appear to shove Hillary down a flight of stairs.

They want her to descend the stairs on her own two feet.

If she doesn't, then the final tiny shove will occur on 6/4 and that time only a couple of dozen supers will need to declare to end it, instead of 100 or so all at once.

At this point its about taking Hillary and her supporters feelings into consideration.

7. but this now has been going on for weeks. everyone said to let her bow out on her own terms, but
her behavior over the past 2 weeks have shown no grace whatsoever to Obama. she needs to go. plenty of time to heal the party.

10. Oh I wish they'd just release 250 supers at once and say game over
But they won't.

Slow trickle reinforcing the idea of inevitability.

the nominee?

16. Its weird because so far there have been none.
Which is starting to reinforce the idea that Obama is going to announce something big in a few hours. My guess is Pelosi and/or Gore with a number of supers behind them.

I sort of doubt gore will be there but Pelosi is MUCH more likely.
