Obama needs only 62 delegates more to reach 2025 -

He is over majority of pledge delegates by 30...

Clinton picked up 13 more pledged delegates that Obama yesterday:
Obama 14 (KY) + 31 (OR) = 45
Clinton 37 (KY) + 21 (OR) = 58

Before yesterday's primaries, Obama led Clinton by 195 total delegates and now he leads by 182.
Obama 1964
Clinton 1782
Difference = +182 (Obama)

There are 86 pledged delegates remaining in Puerto Rico, Montana, and South Dakota.
There are 207 superdelegates who haven't yet announced who they will support.

62/293 = 21% of remaining delegates are needed by Obama to clinch the nomination.

5. yes, but once he gets that number of 2026, he's the nominee
and that's what the rules say, so if he gets 2026 before May 31st, then he's the nominee.

11. My goodness. If Kennedy, Richardson, Lewis, Edwards, etc. were brave enough to announce support
Why can't these other, lesser known SDs, with less ties to the Clintons, come forward? What are they waiting for?
