Why the hell are so many people flipping out??? Does no one actually listen to what the fuck Obama is saying? You claim you support him and trust him, but your actions tell otherwise.

Quit making shit up... Listen to Obama... he is right. We are fine. Quit helping the GOP by furthering this crock of shit!

Show me one time where Obama said we're in trouble if Hillary doesn't drop out now!

Show me one time where Obama said we can't heal the party because Hillary won't drop out now!

What a fucking crock of shit! Either support Obama or STFU... no, you don't have to, but that's my opinion.

My opinion is Obama's opinion. What's yours?

So much for the myth of the Obama Mob being "Real Democrats," supporting the Democratic Party they claim Clinton is destroying.

What a crock of shit.

VIVA ANARCHY!

No, Obama isn't telling people to STFU... I'll bet you he'd like to though. And if you'll notice, I qualified that statement.

But honestly, he has tried to squelch this bullshit in his own way by speaking out on behalf of Hillary.

Everyone needs to seriously start listening to him, in earnest!

Specifically, the last line in your OP: My opinion is Obama's opinion. What's yours? That your words make you look like either a megalomaniac or a thoughtless sheep is not my fault.

All I am trying to do is show the dangers of fanaticism. And as I have stated on many occasions, I despise both candidates. There is a reason why I am supporting Ralph Wiggam until after a candidate has been formally nominated.

We are about to trust this guy with the keys to the White House, and pretty much everyone agrees that his campaign for President has been amazingly effective. Obama knows exactly what he is doing regarding the conclusion of this nomination battle. It's impressive, and supporters should try not to undermine those efforts.

He is firm in what he says. Never wavering.

They aren't coddling her... they are following the rules. There is no rule that says she must drop out... none. Obama knows that, and has responded accordingly. And I applaud him for his wisdom, and his cool.

It's our choice... look to him as our leader, follow his lead, or fall victim to the bullshit. Our choice.

GOP Hillary and Bill should drag their sorry asses back here to NY, to the welcoming boos they deserve. She can finish going through the motions of playing at senator. While he closes his office in Harlem (if it hasn't been trashed already).

Then they could both fly off to some foreign countries to make a few more million telling their campaign whoopers.

I'll STFU when they GTFO.

57. I care more about what Obama does in the general and if/when elected
Edited on Thu May-22-08 12:36 PM by autorank
Hillary is over. He can unite the party. It's a much different thing if the Republicans play
the race card. Clinton had some deniability (not convincing)but if the Republicans/as the Republicans
do that, it's curtains for them.

I won't follow Obama like a bot and I won't STFU about issues. That's why we want people elected.

I worry about Zbig Brzezinski as his foreign policy adviser. The man is brilliant but warlike in
his own venues and the Old Politics to the max. I want to see a foreign policy I can respect as
much as I respect Ron Paul's foreign policy regarding foreign intervention. We have 800 military
installations around the world, including 60 full fledged bases. That's absurd. Does Obama want to
keep those, stay on that path?

Obama's health plan stinks ... market based competition using the web. Please, that's crap.

I think Obama is very bright, my main reason for interest and support. If he crosses the line, which
he will presumably. I want to support him enthusiastically on substantive issues.

So you can ask for lockstep loyalty but many of us who care about issues will be loyal Democrats but
intellectually honest and ask the hard questions.

I have stood behind him from the beginning and watched what he's accomplished in such a short time. I have no reason in the world to doubt that he can't hand McCain's ass to him. The media is a fickle thing. It forgets what it said even a week ago. This will be over in June and the focus will be on two candidates.
