Anybody so crass and despicable as to defend Hillary Clinton on Assassingate get's put on ignore instantly now.

It is simply an indefensible statement and anybody doing so is not worth the effort to acknowledge.

I still think the best counter argument is to ask people how they would have felt if Obama reacted by pointing out that the RFK analogy involved the assassination of a NY carpet bagger Senator who won CA.

I cannot believe DUers would defend such a thing, but here we are.

I don't believe it was a dog whistle to the wingnuts for an assassination... but I do think she's capitalizing on people's fears that an African American won't get the votes in November. That's the "dog whistle," just as it has been all along.

My reaction to her gaffe is contempt. The one thing... Bill not sealing up the deal until June, was a lie. Then she hid the truth in a lie, quite accidentally. I think she told the truth.

That IS the gaffe... her apology to the Kennedy's and everyone in the Country EXCEPT Obama, his family and his supporters, who live in fear for his safety? THAT, proves it. It was the truth. It IS her thinking.

I forgive Obama supporters for over-reacting a tad... and I forgive Clinton supporters for reacting to THAT as well.

But NOT seeing it... that's hard to swallow. When they get all crazy attacking Obama supporters for feeling deeply offended, then they're on the edge.
