Hill says Bill "clinched nom" in June-now she says it's not final until delegates vote at Convention
A minor point tonight, but yet another lie and manipulation from the disgraced Hillary Clinton.

She has said many times that Bill "clinched the nomination" in June. But now she says that, no matter how many delegates Obama has, ANY delegate can vote for ANYONE and nothing is final until all the delegates ACTUALLY VOTE at the Convention.

She can't have it both ways. If she admits that Bill could "clinch" the nomination before June, then so could Barack - the voting at the Convention is a mere formality (which she knows - she's just a shameless, unabashed liar).

1. He had it clinched weeks before June. Cali just "officially" put him over.
The first primary was in Feb that year also so June then isnt really June now.
