Things that happen in June

So they tell us that Hillary was only referring to things that happen in June. And what is it that happens in June? Well assassinations happen in June of course.

Is it just me or does the whole spin about how Hillary was only talking about things that happen in June make this whole thing even more creepy? Why would an assassination be more likely to happen in June than in any other month? Does Hillary know something about June that the rest of us don't?

Now I am not trying to suggest that there is any kind of plot here, I really don't think Hillary was trying to incite anything. But by trying to spin this thing as merely a statement on the time of year it makes an already creepy statement seem even more creepy to me.

If Hillary wants to heal the pain she has caused she needs to stop trying to spin this in bizarre ways as it only makes things worse. She needs to come out and issue a sincere apology right now. There can be no excuses, there can no spin, and she needs to take complete and full responsibility for what she said even if it destroys her career.

It is definitely time for her to drop out of the race, but that may not be enough. She has caused a lot of harm, and no doubt the Secret Service is in serious discussions right now as to the potential consequences of her statement. There will likely need to be extra security placed on Obama, and there is no doubt his wife and children are going to be under a lot more stress.

A statement like the one Hillary made has serious consequences and she needs to take responsibility for those consequences. If she can't do that then I hope that the voters of New York ensure that she is never elected to public office again.

If you don't think that discussion of assassination related to a current Presidential candidate has any effect on the Secret Service's actions you are wrong. I am not suggesting they believe anyone directly connected to Hillary is going to do this, but when there is talk of assassination you never know if there is going to be a lone nut who gets some ideas from it.
