-- Campaign to Kick-Off "A Stronger America Begins at Home: The Path to Prosperity"

On Thursday, August 12 at 12:00 PM ET, former Deputy Treasury Secretary Roger Altman and Kerry-Edwards Campaign Strategist Tad Devine will host a conference call with reporters to launch the Kerry-Edwards campaign's two-week focus on their plan to build a stronger economy. Kerry is kicking off the two week focus with a speech in Carson, CA Thursday morning.

Dubbed "A Stronger America Begins at Home: The Path to Prosperity," the two weeks will feature events by Kerry, Edwards and supporters across the nation that will highlight the Kerry- Edwards plans to create jobs, expand opportunity and strengthen and expand the middle class by building an the economy that works for all Americans.

1. This is good.
The polls consistently show that people think the economy is the top issue. I'm glad Kerry and Edwards are speaking to people's concerns, instead of stupid slander and lies.
