Can we ALL agree on this?
John McCain is a lying asshole and will make a terrible President?

And that he is our real opponent?

1. We'll get to that as soon as we purge half the party.
Is Tuesday good for you?

2. Are you suggesting that Obama can win minus the
support of half of the party?

11. We all agree except for Hillary and her enablers.
They seem to defend her remarks favoring McCain over Obama and don't appear to be outraged. Yet, when we express our outrage at the Clintons' behavior, they act as if we have no cause to do so.

12. Agree plus
Anyone who is attacking a Democrat when McCain is right there to attack is serving McCain. Those who want to make a contest into blood sport same thing for them. I understand that some people have great affection for one or the other of the Patriot Act supporting, war funding candidates, but for those of us who are issue oriented, either of them is a huge compromise.
I ask you, Obama supporters, do you really love Cheney's Engergy Bill? He voted for it. I ask Clinton supporters, do you really love the cluster bombs? She voted to keep them. I ask both sets, why do you dig the Patriot Act so much? Your candidates voted to extend it as long as Bush wants. I could go on like this all day. Both candidates think not for profit health care is out of the question. I still support non profit health care.
Those are some questions for those of you who are so sure that the other is the devil. Which ever one you support, you are backing votes and policies that are very questionable. Try to convince me that a really ethical person votes for the Patriot Act or the Energy Bill. For that matter, both Obama and Clinton oppose my equal rights in this nation, theyoppose the 14th Amendment and the promise of equal protection under the law, they see my family as a lesser class of family. Why on Earth would I really support either of them? Why would anyone who is liberal or Progressive?
Because...
They are better than McCain, and that is about all they are.
McCain is a crook and a liar, a racist who worked hard against Dr King's national holiday. He's the Keating Five, he's Bush's best hugger. He is the wisher for a 100 year war, and then more war till.

14. YES!
Someone who speaks with common sense!

All politicians are flawed human beings in my book, some are just more flawed than others.

And our two candidates (while I do have my personal preference) really are better for this country than John McCain if for no other reason than the Supreme Court is very old and I'd kinda like to put some decent judges on it to balance out Roberts and Alito.

17. Not sure if he's lying
For it to be lying, he'd have to know it was untrue so I can't decide if he's lying or just so far gone that he doesn't know the difference.

The rest is a given though.
