My question for Swiftboat liar O'Neil..
If the following statement is true, why didn't any of the other boats pick Rassmann out of the water?

From Scarborough Country...

O'NEILL: It's not what happened, Pat. ... John Kerry fled. And he came back and did pick up Rassmann shortly before the other boats picked him up. Our boats stayed. They did not flee. And that is not the truth for Rassmann to say that. We had only one guy in our unit who would flee. That's John Kerry. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here tonight. I wouldn't be alive tonight if our guys fled.

4. Why doesn't Kerry
sue for slander or libel? Not sure which would be the one but how can they write a book of lies and get away with it? Also one of them has admitted to have lied on an affidavit. Isn't that againist the law? Deframation of character? This should be handled legally shouldn't? If not why not?
