Obama's Magic Number is now actually 22 (under Hillary's rosy scenarion on FL/MI)

Even if the RBC could decided to seat all of FL/MI, Obama only needs 36 PD for an absolute majority of Pledged Delegates. He would need just 22 out of the remaining pladged delegates in PR, MT and SD.

It does include Edwards Pledged Delegates who have said they will vote for Obama (14).
It does include the 22 Michigan Pledged Delegates who have endorsed Obama.
It does not include any of the Michigan uncommitted who have not stated they will vote for Obama (33).


The superdelegates would have to overturn the will of the voters (using the allcoation methodology determined by each state and approved by the DNC)under Hillary's best case scenario.
