Voters don't want to hear snarky attacks, they want a focus on THEIR lives
They want a focus on their needs and concerns, none of which are contained in the nonsense that is being spewed by the morons at the White House about the word 'sensitive', or any distortions about Kerry's Vietnam service and record. They want our candidate to focus on concerns like education, healthcare, the economy and jobs, as well as national security.

Our candidate has been consistent in putting these issues and concerns ahead of the inevitable mud-slinging. This should serve him well as voters become more focused on these candidates in the next few months.

1. Very true
Kerry should be focusing on the big picture. But somebody has to watch his back and kick those Rovian mofo's in the balls.

2. Confirmed by a conversation I heard in the grocery store today.
Two store employees (one management, one a supplier) working on stock, talking a mile a minute. They were talking pretty quietly, then one moved away, speaking louder, back over his shoulder --

"Anyways, Kerry's a vet . They should leave him alone."

The other guy agreed. End of conversation.

3. Sorry, but the thoughtful voter you describe is already voting for JK.
It is the undecided that need to be swayed. And I suspect that anyone lame enough to be undecided at this stage of the game just may be lame enough to think that if JK does not respond to these attacks with attacks of his own, than he is a wuss or that the attacks are true.
