I don't know why people here don't get this. The idea that Hillary would concede or announce she is conceding before the primaries she is contesting have even voted is absurd. She is done and she knows it. They'll make noises throughout the day and the night until the votes are in about continuing on, but the situation is clear. It is over.

She is contesting Montana and South Dakota and thus it would make no sense to say "I'm out!" before the ballots have even been cast.

1. It's not an election, it's primary season
And I can give you the names of seven other Democrats this year who dropped out before all the primaries took place.

7. Define "contesting."
Having your name on the ballot and getting a few votes doesn't make it a contested primary.

3. And 8 more repubs
And I can add 8 more republicans to that list.

Who created this OP? What sort of twisted logic is this?

4. In the primaries, candidates concede all the time.
Even when their names are still in the ballots in numerous states. Generally, the idea is that if you have no hope of winning, not conceding just makes you look crazy and spiteful and, you know, incredibly self-obsessed.

8. Uhh it was mathematically impossible for her weeks ago
Do you follow primaries? People drop out when they know they can't win because they don't want to hurt the eventual nominee.

10. I hope that is the case.
Because I would be pretty pissed if Obama reaches the magic number tonight or tomorrow and she continues with the campaign.
