For a very brief time we are going to be in a window where Obama has no technically clinched the nomination, but Clinton has been eliminated. Clinton needs 205 delegates to clinch the nomination, and there are only 201 left. If she got every remaining delegate, which would require sweeping MT and SD, she would tie Obama and only the Edwards delegates would prevent them from getting the number to clinch. In about 20 minutes, polls will be closed in SD and Obama will gain enough delegates to go over the mark so long as he gets 15% of the vote (otherwise he gets 0 delegates).
