Is she planning to run as an independent?
Before tonight, I would have said no way. However, she obviously did not concede in her speech tonight, or give any hint of doing so. Rather, she went the exact opposite route and talked about how much support she has.

As an objective bystander, it looks like she could be considering a third party candidacy. On CNN, Carl Bernstein was laying out her support among certain groups: women, older women in particular, and the Jewish community.

Is this the reason she's refusing to endorse Obama?

1. She couldn't do it at this point.
Even if she wanted to, she couldn't get on the ballot in a number of states.

2. I've seen it suggeted, but I think Senator Clinton is better than that.
I hope everyone will agree with me, regardless of who they support.

3. I don't think she's better than that. Nothing she does would surprise me anymore.

4. There are more atheists than Jews in America
When will be considered a significant demographic?

I don't think she'll do that. I think she'll be committed.

5. She could if she wants to lose an election and put McCain into the WH
Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but I really think she would never do something like that, but I do believe that somehow Obama needs to keep her happy in some way by making her the VP or something else because she is an asset in the sense millions still support her, and every vote will be valuable in November.

6. Hillary, what happened to "I'll work my heart out for the Democratic nominee" ??
Edited on Tue Jun-03-08 10:32 PM by Impeachment_Monkey
I know she said this at least once, yet here she is again doing her damnedest to diminish Obama and damage
the Party's chance at winning the GE.

So I ask Clinton "Democrats", what the fuck's up with that?
