1. Do you know something? I don't care anymore. She jumped the shark
last night. I don't care if she never gives up; she's DONE regardless.

That was a classless ending to a classless campaign.
If you ask me.

Bush has congratulated Obama today and acknowledged him as the nominee before HRC.

8. I didn't think it could get any more classless, but boy was I wrong
I half-expected another slap in the face last night from Hillary and her delusional supporters, but I somehow allowed myself to get comfortable with the thought that she was going to accept defeat and either A. work to unite the party or B. slip away quietly

The little display of arrogance and poor sportsmanship last night was by far the most classless thing that has been done this campaign season. The one night that she could have done so much to unite the party and to gain the respect back of 50% of the Democratic voters who might actually accept her as a VP candidate, she fumbles and thumbs her nose at Obama. Her campaign staff still runs with the line "she got more votes, she's the winner! she'll be the next president!"

4. Every one of these leaked "Hillary has reached the end" storylines
is inevitably followed by an escalation of the stupidity from the Clinton campaign.

All we'll hear from her are weasel words.

7. Any day but Friday
Friday would be in extremely POOR taste given recent events.

So if she doesn't by tomorrow, she should definitely wait until after Friday.

9. Signaled?
I'd say the flopping around like a fish up on the bank for the last few weeks has been signal enough for observant people.

11. The Gang Of Four Sends A Message To Clinton
Washington D.C. – Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, DGA Chairman Joe Manchin and DNC Chairman Howard Dean today issued the following statement:
“We have come to the end of an exciting primary and caucus process – the voters have spoken. As the Democratic leaders of the Senate, House of Representatives, the Governors and the Democratic National Committee we commend all of the participants of the 2008 primary process, especially Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, for making this such a transformational election. Because of the enthusiasm our candidates have inspired, our party has brought record numbers of voters to the polls, gained millions of newly registered Democrats and now has advantages in states many thought were difficult to win. We are grateful to the millions of Independents and Republicans who have crossed over to vote for a Democratic candidate for President.

“Democrats must now turn our full attention to the general election. To that end, we are urging all remaining uncommitted super delegates to make their decisions known by Friday of this week so that our party can stand united and begin our march toward reversing the eight years of failed Bush/McCain policies that have weakened our country.

“We once again congratulate all of the candidates for their leadership and dedication to providing this country with a New Direction. We look forward to working with them and with all Democrats to win the White House, congressional seats and state capitals so we can deliver the change the American people deserve and demand.”

12. Nobody except Operation Chaos voter gives a damn what Hillary does now
She jumped the shark long ago and her classless insulting "victory" speech last night was the final nail in the coffin!

I hope and pray she loses her Senate seat to a real progressive sold-out Obama backer!

Report: Clinton to Hold Conference Call With Top Supporters at 4 pm ET

Wednesday, June 4th, 2008

http://www.boston.com/news/politics/politicalintelligence/2008/06/clinton_to_plot.html">Boston Globe: One prominent backer says the New York Senator is expected to “hash out how and when to concede the race” and figure out a way to unify the party on afternoon call.

Earlier: Obama tells reporters as he got into his motorcade in Washington, D.C. he talked to Clinton. “I just spoke to her today and we’re going to be having a conversation in the coming weeks.”

When asked if Clinton gave any indication if she will concede, he said “it wasn’t a detailed conversation.”

Plus: ABC: The two also had a “brief encounter in the hallway” at the AIPAC convention in D.C., isn’t sure if words were exchanged.

Clinton Says Goodbye to Campaign Staffers

June 04, 2008 4:30 PM

ABC News' Kate Snow Reports: Sen. Hillary Clinton visited staff at her headquarters in Arlington, Virginia Wednesday just after most of them had been told they would no longer have to report to work after Friday.

A staffer who was in the room said she invited all of her campaign staff to come to her home on Friday.

Before Clinton arrived, the staff was told that they would be paid through June 15th. But the bulk of the staff was told their last day of work would be Friday.

Junior staffers were emotional and some were crying and as Clinton left her headquarters, she waved to cameras outside.

Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/Vote2008/story?id=4987177&page=1">claimed victory in their the tightly contested Democratic nomination battle on Tuesday, after the votes from South Dakota and Montana were counted.

ABC News' Eloise Harper and Eileen Murphy contributed to this report.
