Poll question: Who will win...
your state? I live in NC and I think Obama has a chance but being realistic McCain will most likely win here.

2. Yeah, Obama's an underdog in NC..
Edited on Thu Jun-05-08 07:41 PM by DarienComp
BUT he can make McCain spend money there, draining resources from swing states, so either way it's a good thing.

edit: I'm in NY, where Obama will likely crush McCain, of course.

7. You're going to get weird responses for this poll.
Since we're all in different places this isn't going to represent much.

I live in California, BTW.

10. There would be something desperately wrong if he didn't win my state, Illinois.
Edited on Thu Jun-05-08 08:04 PM by terrya
I mean, seriously fucked up.

Obama will win Illinois by 70%. My prediction.

11. It'll be a fight but I think Barack will win New Mexico.
We have a big U.S. Senate race with a very popular Democrat fighting for Domenici's old seat. (Tom Udall). I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure that both of these fine Democrats take back New Mexico and the country.

13. I, OTOH, think Obama's got a decent chance here.
Nevermind the past - this is a whole new deal.

It will be close, close enough to be stolen if there are any shenanigans, but I think Obama will take NC by 3-5pts.

23. McBush, sadly. I'm in Tennessee
McBush will win unless the bigots and the Bible thumpers in the eastern part of the state decide to just sit this one out or follow Barr off a cliff.
