Arizona County Attorney Candidate needs help!
Edited on Wed Aug-18-04 07:52 PM by saracat
Jonathan Warshaw, Democratic Primary Candidate for Maricopa County Attorney has been endorsed by Janet Napolitano , our current Democratic Governor, as well as Bruce Babbit, and Rose Mofford, former Democratic Governors. He is also endorsed by Democrat Attorney General Terry Goddard as well as a score of Democratic officials. Jonathan is being opposed for the Dem nomination by a Republican financed newcomer who registered as a Dem when he decided to run for office. The opponent has publicly referred to Bruce Babbitt as a "liar" and a "criminal". He has accused Gov. Napolitano of a "cheap political trick" with her endorsement of Warshaw. Mr. Warshaw's opponent is independently wealthy and boasts that most of his contributors are Republican.Jonathan Warshaw needs money to fight against this well financed machine. Please help Democratic activists support Jonathan and give us a candidate who can take back the most powerful law enforcement position in Arizona. Remember Arizona is a swing state and we shouldn't have any candidates who disrupt solidarity. Contributions can be made at http://www.warshaw2004.com
